Manager - UX UI Digital Experience

As a UX/UI Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Sky’s digital future by designing innovative and functional user experiences. You will be responsible for researching, conceptualizing, and developing cutting-edge interfaces, working closely with strategic and development teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design efforts to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all digital platforms
• Conduct user research to analyze behaviors and needs, developing intuitive and user-centric solutions
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems to support the development process
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of design solutions
• Continuously improve the digital experience through usability testing, data analysis, and user feedback

Required Qualifications:

There’s nothing that can’t be learned, but to thrive in this role, it’s preferable that you have:

• A degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and accessibility.
