In order to strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking to hire a Digital Transformation Racing Program & Demand Owner, based in Maranello (Italy).


The main responsibilities will be:
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with the Engineering and Supply Chain areas to effectively gather, analyze, and structure digital demands

•    Develop a deep understanding of existing processes in these areas, identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities through digital solutions

•    Define and maintain the digital initiatives portfolio, collaborating with business and IT teams to prioritize and plan activities

•    Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards

•    Apply project management methodologies and tailor them to project-specific needs

•    Monitor project progress using appropriate tools, producing clear reports, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels

•    Identify and manage project risks, proactively proposing corrective actions when needed

•    Ensure that digital initiatives align with the overall company strategy and the specific goals of the business areas


Required Profile

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and you will have gained at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Demand Manager, ideally within digital transformation projects.


To manage the activities, is mandatory to have: 
•    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt them to the automotive sector;

•    Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of processes and products, particularly in the Engineering and Supply Chain domains;

•    Solid understanding of the main digital solutions used in these areas, such as CAD, PLM, MES, and other relevant tools. 


Preferred Qualifications:
•    Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile certifications)

•    Experience working in racing environments or motorsport teams

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent English is required.
