Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

As a Data & Al Software Developer you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML models using Python, Java, and other relevant languages, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Develop and implement solutions based on LLMs and neural networks for various applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Gather, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data to support robust model training and evaluation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to streamline AI and ML processes across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to define and prioritise project goals.
• Communicate complex technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
• Contribute to innovation and project success by sharing ideas, offering feedback, and staying actively engaged in team meetings.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and LLM technologies, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to enhance AI-powered solutions.

Skills:

• University Degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or other related field or 5 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience.
• At least 1 year of professional relevant experience in the area of Data & AI software development
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit (CNTK).
• Experience with LLMs and neural network architectures, including model training, deployment, and performance optimisation.
• Experience in data analysis and processing, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualisation.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured data, including data ingestion, storage, and transformation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with experience deploying scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in data pipeline and visualisation tools, including the ELK stack, IBM solutions, Microsoft platforms, and similar technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
