🌍 Senior HR Generalist – Luxembourg, Belgium & Netherlands

📍 Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid – 1 day remote per week after probation)

Are you a people-focused HR professional ready to lead across multiple European markets? We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist to support operations in Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands, aligning HR strategy with business goals and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding on performance, culture, compliance, and workforce planning — all while working in a diverse, international setting.

🔍 What you'll be doing:

• Advise and support senior stakeholders across LU, BE & NL on all HR-related matters
• Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal compliance
• Drive engagement, morale, and retention initiatives
• Support performance management, talent development and organisational changes
• Collaborate with internal HR functions on recruitment, L&D, and succession planning

✅ What you bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in a generalist or HRBP role with international exposure
• In-depth knowledge of European labour law (especially LU, BE, NL)
• Fluent in English & French (German is a strong advantage)
• Excellent coaching, communication, and analytical skills
• Proactive, independent, and culturally aware mindset
