Data Analyst – Junior to Senior | Portugal or Brazil

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Data Analysts at junior, mid, and senior levels to join a fully remote and dynamic project. Candidates must be based in Brazil or Portugal and have hands-on experience with AWS Glue or Microsoft Purview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand data needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and build automated reporting processes where possible.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Data Analyst (junior to senior levels welcome).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, and KPIs.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources (e.g., cloud data warehouses, APIs).
• Experience with Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R is a plus.
• English level: B2 or higher – able to work in an international team environment.
• Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL processes or working alongside data engineering teams.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
