API Product Manager

For our core Business Line Information Services, we are looking for a Product Manager for the APIs of our flagship product Urba360!

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Product Manager is the representative of the Business, responsible for defining the strategy and the roadmap for the realization and evolution of the APIs of our product URBA360.

It accounts to the business Sponsor and is legitimate to make all decisions on this perimeter/product. The strategy of the product development must represent all users of the product and be in line with our overall BI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collects and synthesizes the needs of the Business on the perimeter, priorities, objectives and expected benefits
• Creates and execute the Vision the APIs of Business Information
• Leads the design and development phases of the APIs of URBA360
• Coordinates the End-user testing phases with the API Product Owner and the Sales engineers.
• Leads all projects of integration of our APIs into ERPs and CRMs, from choosing a integration partner till roll out into production.
• Guarantor of the consistency of the solution with the business processes, rules and the overall Business strategy
• Ensures that the Product roadmap is compliant with the budget and IT constraints
• Defines the success criteria for the project and validates the production and opening of the service to users
• Is responsible for the adoption and success of the application with the users. Manages communication to users and their feedback
• Works very closely with the Business development, Marketing and IT teams.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience as API Product manager within a SaaS environment is strongly encouraged
• Certification as PO in Agile framework is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Capacity for meeting, collaborating, negotiating with users and IT teams, building consensus within an international environment
• Ability to realize a business case
• Ability to make decisions without total visibility, ability to adapt to frequent changes and contingencies
• Capacity for leadership, decision-making, ability to take responsibility
