Junior Video/Motion Designer (Web3)

⚡️ Reponsibilities:

• Create short-form motion content (social reels, explainers, UI mockups, logo animations)
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative leads to deliver Web3-focused visual assets
• Animate content for brand campaigns, events, and product launches
• Support video editing, basic VFX, and asset creation for internal and client projects
• Bring fresh energy to our visual storytelling through trends, pacing, and innovative style

⚡️ Job Requirements:

• Work experience in a marketing/design agency or similar institution.
• Proficiency in After Effects/Premiere Pro and design tools (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Portfolio of motion/video work that shows clean, creative, and brand-aligned execution
• Growth mindset – open to feedback, new tools, and fast-paced iterations
• Understanding of Web3/blockchain trends, brands, and culture
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Asana, and Notion.
• Bonus: experience with 3D (Cinema4D/Blender), UI/UX animation, or sound design

This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to marketing within the Web3 industry. You’ll be trusted to contribute, experiment, and grow within a high-performing, remote-first team. Familiarity with digital media and innovation ecosystems is a plus.
