- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Analysts, and UX Designers.
- Design and build modern iOS applications using current technology stacks and best practices.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through clean architecture, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in planning, architecture decisions, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, reduce technical debt, and improve team productivity.
- Review code, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative development environment.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contribute to automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience in a senior technical role within large-scale mobile teams.
- Deep expertise in iOS development, especially Swift and Objective-C.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills; ability to lead and inspire engineers.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and mobile security best practices.
- Comfortable balancing quality, speed, and business needs.
- Strong iOS app development experience using Swift, Objective-C, and Apple design guidelines.
- Skilled in testing (XCTest, Specta, OCMock), CI/CD pipelines, and dependency management (Cocoapods).
- Solid grasp of REST APIs, concurrency, performance, scalability, and security (OWASP Mobile Top 10).
- Experience with design patterns (MVVM, MVC, Redux) and integrating third-party SDKs.
- Up-to-date with trends in mobile development and tooling.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years of engineering experience (3+ in a senior role).
