Fullstack .NET Developer – Oslo | In-house Product Team | Norwegian-Speaking

A well-established institution within the education and research sector is expanding its internal technology team in Oslo. They are now hiring experienced Fullstack .NET Developers to help build and maintain modern, user-centric digital solutions that support thousands of users nationwide.

This is an in-house role, working with long-term products that directly support the institution’s operations, teaching, and research activities.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional product team delivering internal systems and tools. You’ll work across both backend and frontend layers—designing APIs, developing interfaces, and contributing to architectural discussions. The team practices agile development and places a strong emphasis on clean, maintainable code.

Tech Stack

• Backend: .NET / C#
• Frontend: React with TypeScript
• Cloud: Azure (experience is a plus)
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools

What They’re Looking For

• Solid experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (preferably .NET Core or later)
• Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with cloud-based development (preferably Azure)
• Understanding of software architecture, security, and scalability
• A collaborative mindset and experience working in product teams
• Fluent Norwegian language skills (written and spoken) are required
