Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js to ensure seamless data processing.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side components with front-end functionality.
• Create and optimize APIs for web applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Write and implement efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code bases.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard data integrity and privacy.
• Monitor and improve server performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and modify applications accordingly.
• Manage deployment of applications into various environments, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with product managers and clients to gather requirements and deliver projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, especially in asynchronous programming and callbacks.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and Angular or React.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in building them effectively.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for efficient code collaboration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and their associated services.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
