Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Applications

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Business Applications with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on the architecture, implementation, and integration of business-critical applications including CRM, finance, supply chain, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation through Microsoft’s AI and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Manage system customization, integration, and ongoing maintenance across business functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and implement automation using the Power Platform and Microsoft AI tools.
• Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party systems (ERP, HRMS, middleware, etc.).
• Ensure all solutions meet organizational quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to users and internal teams.
• Continuously evaluate new Dynamics 365 capabilities and implement relevant enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and architecture.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft cloud tools.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful services for Dynamics development.
• Proven track record of integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and Logic Apps.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies preferred.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile) are a plus.
• Familiarity with security, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and data privacy best practices.
