Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management

• Oversee the lifecycle of Open Banking as a product (both as a Data Holder and Accredited Data Recipient), ensuring products remain functional, meet customer expectations and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Open Banking landscape, including the CDR and other relevant regulations, as well as emerging themes and opportunities.
• Regularly analyse product performance, customer behavior, feedback, and trends to drive enhancements.
• Manage obligations, risks, and features to balance customer satisfaction, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  
  

Product Strategy & Development

• Support defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Open Banking to meet customer needs and business goals in the Open Banking portfolio.
• Perform market research, analyse customer insights, and benchmark competitors to find growth opportunities.
• Proactively monitor regulations and obligations to ensure we can effectively respond to changes in standards.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution

• Work with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Partner with marketing and customer lifecycle teams on go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with data analytics teams to track KPIs, gain insights, and guide decisions.
  
  

Your Experience

• Product management: A background in banking product management, ideally with experience in navigating a complex regulatory environment.
• Industry knowledge: Awareness or experience in Open Banking and CDR is highly desirable.
• Cross Functional Experience: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as technology, compliance, marketing, finance, and risk is preferred.
• Educational Foundation: A degree in a related field that provides a solid educational background for professional achievements is preferred but not mandatory if relevant professional experience can be demonstrated.
