Network Engineer

As a network Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and support of IT services to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers, you will manage the vendor to deliver to the agreed SLAs and support ongoing service improvement. This will include strong focus on value to the customers of the network services Downer Digital provides. This role requires strong technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are advantageous.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT service delivery or technical support roles, with a focus on deploying, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and applications.
