Our Digital Bank Technology teams build and operate technology platforms and systems that are at the foundation of the banking services. Backend Engineer will fully leverage our technical expertise to transform business requirements into tangible digital banking products which will directly serve our end users. We need to actively participate in the overall design of the digital banking solution, delivering a high-performance, highly secure backend system.

Job Description

• Responsible for the development of mobile banking system.
• Communicate effectively with product managers, designing and implementing product features to support bank systems.
• Writing high-quality, clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
• In-depth understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, Networking, OS and other Computer Science fundamentals.
• Familiar with commonly used languages, such as Golang/Python/C++/Java.
• Understanding of databases, caching mechanisms, message queues, transaction management, batch jobs related middleware technologies.
• Experience in personal/school/internship projects involving software development.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment.
• Self-driven with strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in the banking sector.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese will be an advantage.
