Lead/Senior Golang Engineer

We are seeking a Lead or Senior Golang Engineer to join a European cross-functional product team developing a performant and scalable backend using Go microservices.

🔧 What you'll do:

• Lead the adoption of Golang best practices across the team
• Identify and address technical debt in existing services
• Mentor senior engineers (from Java/Python backgrounds) in idiomatic Go
• Take ownership of complex tasks that require a deep understanding of Golang performance advantages

• Work directly with designers, product owners, engineering managers, and backend/frontend engineers from across Europe
