About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS and/or AI-based products.

- Very active experience of using different AI tools in everyday life and work.

- A solid level of understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and practical AI tools.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and or sales productivity software.

- A data-driven mindset and attention to intuitive UX.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

- Participate in the product development roadmap planning.

- Work closely with engineering and AI, and participate in design teams to define and deliver features.

- Prioritize functionality that improves user productivity, lead conversion, and retention.

- Collect and analyze user feedback to shape product decisions.

- Participate in sales demos and the pre-sales process

- Oversee integrations with tools like Gmail, Outlook, CRMs, and messaging apps.

- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics.

- Collaborate with sales and success teams to support the onboarding of new customers
