Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop game mechanics, UI, animations, and effects using Phaser 3;
- Implement match-3 logic, boosters, level progression, and scoring systems;
- Optimize performance for smooth gameplay across devices (desktop and mobile);
- Integrate assets from design and art teams (sprites, audio, etc.);
- Ensure clean, modular, and maintainable code;
- Collaborate with game designers to iterate on features and gameplay feel;
- Debug and resolve issues across browsers and devices.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and Phaser 3 game framework;
- Proven experience working (3 years+) on at least one shipped or published casual or puzzle game;
- Solid understanding of 2D game development concepts: sprites, physics, tweens, state management, UI layers;
- Experience with responsive design for different screen sizes;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment;
- English level Upper-Intermediate+
- Experience with game data management (level configs, balancing, save/load);
- Prior work on a match-3 game or similar genre;
- Experience with mobile/web optimization;
- Familiarity with tools like Tiled or Spine.
