About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer specializing in React, Node.js, and GraphQL to join our client's dynamic development team. This full-time, permanent position is based in East Yorkshire, requiring the successful candidate to work in-office four days a week. The role involves developing innovative eCommerce platforms for some of the world's most renowned automotive brands, including BMW, Toyota, Jaguar Land Rover. As a core member of the engineering team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital car buying experiences by building engaging front-end interfaces and scalable backend APIs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development, with extensive experience in React, Node.js, and GraphQL. Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive, responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript that deliver seamless user experiences for automotive eCommerce platforms.
- Build and maintain robust backend APIs with Node.js, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient to support high-volume transactions.
- Implement GraphQL to facilitate flexible and efficient data retrieval, optimizing performance across the platform.
