DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Terraform, Azure services, and workload migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and deploying infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and will contribute to infrastructure projects related to server migrations, networking, ADConnect, Azure VDI, and Azure DB/Synapse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage Terraform modules to automate provisioning and management of Azure infrastructure.
• Lead and execute Azure VDI and server workload migrations ensuring minimal downtime and optimal resource usage.
• Implement and support Azure cloud networking, including VNet, NSG, routing, and subnetting.
• Configure and maintain Azure ADConnect, ensuring secure identity synchronization between on-premise and cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation across multiple IT infrastructure projects and teams.
• Design resilient and secure infrastructure solutions with high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Support Azure Database and Synapse Analytics environments for infrastructure provisioning and maintenance.
• Participate in project planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for Azure resource provisioning.
• Deep understanding of Azure services, especially around networking, ADConnect, and cloud formation.
• Proven track record in server workload migration and Azure VDI implementation.
• Knowledge of Azure Database (Azure SQL) and Azure Synapse Analytics infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with security best practices, identity/access management, and compliance standards in Azure environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.

Experience Required:

• 8 to 10 years of total experience in infrastructure engineering with minimum 3–5 years in Azure-focused roles.
