Qualifications:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tier 1 HR Senior Analyst who is fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support, managing HR processes, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services to our employees and management teams.
Specific tasks:
Tier 1 ticket system dispatching:
● Receive and prioritize HR-related requests and tasks from employees and management through a ticket system. US/Canada laws regulations are highly appreciated.
● Dispatch tasks to appropriate HR team members or departments based on the nature of the request.
● Track and follow up on task completion to ensure timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
Leave Management:
● Manage employee leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave.
● Ensure accurate leave records and updates in the HRIS.
● Communicate with employees regarding their leave status and any required documentation.
● Monitor leave balances and assist with leave-related reporting and analysis.
Data Management:
● Maintain and update employee records and data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity.
● Generate and analyze HR reports related to benefits, leave, and other HR metrics.
● Ensure data protection and compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
● Support data entry and data validation tasks to enhance overall HR data management.
General HR Support:
● Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, including policies, procedures, and benefits. Provide expert guidance and support in resolving complex HR issues.
● Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, such as verification of employment policy updates, and reports.
● Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
HR Analytics:
○ Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations on various HR metrics, including employee turnover, headcounts, termination reports, etc.
Compliance & Governance:
○ Assist with ensuring adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support audits and compliance reviews, and help implement corrective actions as necessary.
Process Improvement:
○ Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Documentation:
○ Prepare and review HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, policy updates, and reports.
