We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Project Manager to work for an Automotive Customer in Kortenberg, Belgium:
Duration: 9 months + chance of extensions
Location: Kortenberg (Hybrid Working)
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Languages: Dutch or French Native Speaker
ORGANIZATION:
- Reports to the Brand Marketing Manager who reports to the Director of the brand.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Design, define and coordinate the strategy regarding the appearance and content of digital paid, owned and earned channels for which he/she is responsible (e.g. AO, SoMe & CRM always-on,...), in line with the strategy defined by the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Ensuring the ultimate customer journey and brand experience, from initial orientation to fulfillment. Responsible for performing full funnel analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, consolidate insights from various reports and translate them into action plans to improve the customer journey.
- The focus will be on digitally-related activities. Support will also be requested for events, analysis and reporting, layout presentations, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES (fundamental results/main tasks)
Participate in the development and updating of the annual plan:
- Helps the Marketing Manager build the annual marketing plan based on:
- the overall strategy of the brand, determined by the brand's director and the Brand Marketing Manager
- the brand's commercial objectives
- the guidelines provided by the manufacturers
- the good practices and recommendations formulated by the experts of central marketing
- Helps the Marketing Manager brief the Marketing Project Lead (who is in the Brand Marketing Operations team) or the agency for digital campaigns, social media, website or other projects, follows this up together with the Marketing Manager; including the validation of final tactical plan and creative proposal.
Management of strategic campaigns and projects:
- Follows up various strategic projects or campaigns from A to Z (not exhaustive):
- Merkimago & Positioning Campagnes AO
- Partnerships & sponsorships & influencers
- Brussels Motor Show (support for the digital part)
- CRM always-on program
- Fleet always-on
- Defines the following for each project, product or campaign: the marketing objective, the Unique Selling Proposition, the target groups, the creative strategy, the budget and the distribution per channel.
- Prepares the general multi-channel briefing of the campaign and gives it to the central experts involved per channel (Media, CRM, Events, ...) and the creative agency.
- Have the final tactical plan and master versions validated by the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Directs and coordinates the creation and production of assets by the agencies.
- Monitors the KPIs of the campaign and responsible channels and ensures that the set objectives are achieved.
Managing the digital customer journey: from website to CRM:
- Develops detailed customer journeys to visualize the current end-to-end customer experience.
- Performs comprehensive analysis across the entire customer journey to detect pain points and identify opportunities. To this end, he also relies on the insights, reports and expertise of the central marketing team.
