Senior Business Consultant - Salesforce and blockchain

Do you have 6+ years of experience in business and IT consulting? We are looking for a new colleague with hands-on experience in Salesforce and blockchain to join our team in Brussels, hybrid.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in business and IT consulting
• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and development (Apex, JavaScript).
• Strong background in blockchain technologies and strategy.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management or a related field
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, ITIL v4 Foundation, BTA Certified Blockchain Business Foundations
• Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset/ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills/ Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio (BPMN), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)/ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik).

Job Description:

• Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to define business needs, map processes, and design innovative technology solutions.
• Develop and implement blockchain strategies tailored to client objectives, with hands-on involvement in architecture and delivery.
• Act as a functional and technical lead in Salesforce projects, including road mapping, blueprinting, and implementation.
• Serve as SCRUM Master and Sprint Lead, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Deliver tailored solutions for automotive clients, including dealer management systems and circular economy initiatives.
• Lead proposal development, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent the company in blockchain and tech communities, contributing to thought leadership and innovation.
