Project Delivery Manager

SII Belgium is looking for a driven and experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring the success of strategic and technical projects entrusted by our clients, primarily in the IT & Engineering sectors. You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director of SII Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure service quality and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate technical teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Organize and animate effective governance through regular operational and steering committees
• Coach, support, and motivate your team to reach operational and strategic objectives
• Provide technical and methodological support when needed to solve issues and guide development
• Be responsible for contract setup, financial tracking, and contractual compliance of project delivery
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and methodologies
• Actively contribute to bid management and support business development through knowledge capitalization and best practice sharing
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
• Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments
• Align project outcomes with the company’s strategic goals

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager in an IT/Engineering services environment
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable adapting to complex and evolving contexts with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is required. Both is a strong plus
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, PMI, PMP, etc.)
