LiveOps Monetization Manager

Cosmic Lounge is looking for a talented LiveOps Monetization Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of LiveOps strategies for our casual puzzle game Pets & Puzzles. In this role, you will use data-driven insights to plan and deliver engaging in-game events, offers, and promotions that delight players, drive retention, and maximize monetization.

You’ll own the in-game calendar, collaborating closely with design, art, engineering, and data teams to launch high-quality content with precision and impact. By analyzing key performance indicators such as retention, ARPDAU, conversion rates, and feature performance, you will identify opportunities to iterate and improve our LiveOps tactics. You’ll also develop and test hypotheses through A/B experiments to optimize the player lifecycle value, ensuring our players remain engaged and invested.

Location: Remote (preferably in EU time zone) or Helsinki, Finland.

Your Role:

• Plan and execute LiveOps strategies—including events, offers, and promotions—to maximize player engagement and revenue.
• Own the in-game calendar, coordinating with design, art, and engineering teams to launch polished content on schedule.
• Work with design and analytics teams to optimize the game economy.
• Monitor KPIs such as retention, ARPDAU, conversion rates, and feature performance to identify opportunities for iteration.
• Collaborate with the data team to analyze player behavior and segment user cohorts for targeted LiveOps initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize player lifecycle value.
• Collaborate with designers to refine the player experience and optimize the game’s feature set.
• Stay current on industry best practices in LiveOps and apply them to enhance our casual puzzle games.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming LiveOps, product management, or game economy design and balancing.
• Proven success managing LiveOps in casual or puzzle games (e.g., match-3, merge, blast genres).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Hands-on experience configuring content and balancing in a LiveOps environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Unity and familiarity with internal game tools or scripting systems.
• Experience in game economy modeling optimization.
• Experience using AI tools in LiveOps or product management workflows.
• Experience of both IAP and IAA monetization.
