Position Overview

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality,

customer-facing data deliverables. You will be responsible for managing data quality assurance

processes, annotating datasets, conducting error and data analysis, and operating our internal

systems to ensure timely, accurate deliveries to clients. This is a critical role for someone

passionate about data, technology, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotation: Label data to support many usages, from model improvements to evaluation.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer-facing data, both
  
  

input and output.

• Error Analysis: Conduct thorough error analysis to validate model results, identify
  
  

anomalies, and suggest areas for improvement.

• Data Analysis: Work with our G2M team to answer customer-related questions System Operation: Manage and operate internal data systems to ensure that all customer deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and
  
  

collaborate with the data science team to elevate model performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
• 2 years’ experience in data labeling, error analysis, and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and
  
  

efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Experience using Excel/Google sheets
• Familiarity with NLP labeling or AI model development
