TechHeads is partnered with an exciting Irish Tech company that develops cutting-edge software solutions for enterprise scale clients. They are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Frontend Software Engineer. As a Frontend Software Engineer, your focus will be on designing and building interactive UI components that will feature in greenfield developments for large-scale organisations. The new product development in this position will offer huge variety in your work, meaning no two days will be the same.

You will be creating these first-of-its-kind solutions with a modern tech stack, including React, TypeScript and more. You will also work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to help deliver on this project. Giving you a chance to develop your skillset with modern technologies and a team of like minded developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend development of a greenfield application using React.
• Design, build, and iterate on interactive UI components.
• Define UI structure and styling – no dedicated UX designer, so you’ll shape the user experience yourself.
• Work closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate with data APIs and services.
• Ensure frontend code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) as a full member of the scrum team.
• Help define frontend best practices and frameworks as the project evolves.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to design UI/UX patterns and workflows without dedicated UX support.
• Comfortable working with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., charts, tables, filters).
• Good grasp of frontend architecture, component lifecycles, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Proficient in Git, agile development workflows, and collaborative tools like Jira or Confluence.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FlutterFlow and Streamlit
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

Day Rate: €400-€450 DOE
