Security Equipment Installation Engineer

Convergint is looking for a full-time Electronic Security Systems Engineer. In this role, you will install and service a range of high-level physical security solutions to include

Access Control, Fire, CCTV and Intruder systems.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• • Install large scale intruder alarms systems, to agreed standards
• • Install CCTV Systems, to agreed standards
• • Install Access Control Systems, to agreed standards
• • Responsible for Stock Control Collection and return.
• • Keeping up to date with all paper work
• • Ensuring H&S Standards are maintained
• • Keep the Company Vehicle clean and tidy and report any defects/damages to HR
• • Ensure equipment tools etc. are kept in good working condition.
• • High Standards of work to be maintained.
• • Adhere to the rules and regulations as set out in our Colleague hand book.
• • Work as part of a team.
• • Use your own initiative when necessary

What You’ll Need

• Relevant Education and experience in integrated security systems
• Availability to work Nationally if required.
• Experience with at least two of the following systems:

C-Cure, Lenel, Honeywell,S2, Genetec, AXIS, Milestone

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Team working skills
• Good IT and analytical skills.
