Salary: €60–70k

Equity: Real skin in the game

Leave: 35 days paid

Setup: Fully remote, home office budget, and bi-annual offsites

Why this role?

You’ll be the first product designer at a fast-moving startup that's using AI to cut the admin out of legal workflows. The product’s live, users are on board, and now they need someone to shape the design system and experience as things scale.

This isn’t polishing what already exists; it’s taking rough ideas and turning them into great products. You’ll work directly with the founders, influence every part of the design process, and build something from the ground up with autonomy and speed.

What you’ll be doing

• Take ownership of design across the entire product
• Create flows, prototypes, and final UI that users actually enjoy
• Work closely with founders and engineers to ship quickly and often
• Build and maintain a design system that scales
• Use AI tools to test ideas and move faster, and help others do the same

What they’re looking for

• 3–4 years' experience designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS
• A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking and a clean UI style
• You’re user-led, data-aware, and prototype fast
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a love for turning it into clarity
• You communicate clearly and thrive in small teams
• You’re already using AI tools in your workflow.
