You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience managing technical programs for core infrastructure and capacity planning initiatives.
- Experience communicating technical strategies and plans to various business stakeholders.
- Experience developing business processes within a global network planning organization.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on managing projects through different lifecycle stages.
- Understanding of financial implications of network changes and expansions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes in a fast-paced network operations and planning environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate network requirements, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities
- Establish, contribute to, and track key business metrics focused on the efficiency and throughput of the new planning queues, such as processing time and SLA adherence.
- Contribute to setting team expectations and drive priority analysis, aligning with Network Supply Plan objectives to streamline and improve the network planning process.
- Provide technical expertise in network planning functions and contribute to programs aimed at efficiency, accuracy, and automation, with a focus on the tools and processes.
- Liaise with partner teams to identify and resolve obstacles and ambiguities in the new processes and automation workflows.
- Contribute to the Core and Campus NetPlanning functions, focusing on the transition from the legacy Change Request process to a request-driven, queue-based system for WAN Core, Campus and L1 Plans of Record.
