Your Role as a Media Designer:

Are you passionate about digital product design and ready to bring a hands-on approach to making it happen? As a frontend-focused Media Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to help us bring new digital products and services to life. In this role, you’ll play a major part in developing the digital presence of our ventures, implementing innovative solutions in both design and technology.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

• Support the strategic design development of our ventures.
• Develop no-code/low-code prototypes to understand user needs and business goals, validate assumptions for new projects, and make data-driven decisions.

Development and Growth:

• With passion, explore new ideas, develop prototypes, and iteratively advance them from early stages to market launch.
• Ensure a coherent and consistent frontend brand experience across multiple products and platforms for each venture.

Understanding and Communicating:

• Stay up to date with digital trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas for implementation to our projects.
• Assist in developing new digital products and services and contribute to decision-making and reaching milestones through your frontend implementations.

What You Bring:

• A curious and open-minded personality with a passion for translating designs into frontend solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in a startup or venture builder.
• High design standards with strong knowledge and understanding of UX/UI/Product principles and tools, responsive design, and the implementation of these with no-/low-code tools and common frontend frameworks.
• A hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and passion for developing and launching innovative products and processes in 120 Ventures’ fields of innovation.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
