Own the visual direction of a leading crypto market maker across brand, motion, and product design.

You are

A creative problem solver with a strong visual instinct and the ability to translate complex technical and trading concepts into engaging visuals. You thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and want to own the design direction of a leading player in the global crypto market. You’re passionate about brand consistency, motion storytelling, and bringing abstract ideas to life across digital channels. You're a hands-on generalist, with a full Adobe Suite skill set and a portfolio that shows clarity, execution, and taste.

You'll be working on

From day one, you’ll take ownership of our design calendar, implement a brand refresh across web and print, and support product launches like our OTC desk. Long term, you'll shape our visual identity across touchpoints, support UI/UX storytelling, and bring structure to how Gravity Team shows up across internal and external channels.

What you will do

Product & Brand Design (65%)

• Design high-quality static and motion assets for marketing campaigns (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, blog, website)
• Translate trading and market structure concepts into digestible visuals (e.g., liquidity, execution, spreads
• Support the marketing and BD teams with pitch decks, landing pages, social/blog graphics, and data visualisations
• Maintain and evolve Gravity Team’s sharp, technical, crypto-native visual identity
• Contribute to UI/UX storytelling for current and upcoming products, visualising features and user value
• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all assets

Employer Brand & Events (35%)

• Design promo content for internal and external events (e.g., TOKEN2049, VIP mixers, local meetups)
• Partner with the People team on internal branding materials (culture videos, team moments, career page)
• Create swag, merch, and environmental branding for event presence and community experience

What we expect

• 2+ years of practical experience in creative/multimedia design roles
• Proven track record with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Experience with motion graphics (comfortable creating short video animations)
• Strong portfolio showing brand design across B2B or tech products (ideally with finance/trading/crypto exposure)
• Comfortable working with structured briefs.
• Self-driven and accountable - able to own visual quality and prioritize across stakeholders
• Able to communicate effectively with devs, marketers, and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Interest or hands-on experience with crypto or trading platforms
• Experience with Figma
• Exposure to UI/UX and dashboard visuals
• Familiarity with AI tools for design/motion workflows
• Photography/videography skills (e.g., capturing raw event footage)
