Role Overview

Social & Content Manager

We're looking for a sharp, independent storyteller to lead our content and social strategy across all channels. In this role, you’ll translate highly technical infrastructure into compelling narratives for developers, validators, and institutional partners. You’ll craft our public voice, from X threads to longform blog posts, and turn real milestones into moments that matter. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and community, and will shape how the world understands us.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  Own and execute a full-spectrum content calendar across social, blog, and newsletters

  Craft crisp, high-context content tailored for Solana builders, validators, and institutions

  Develop longform pieces (e.g. ecosystem essays, deep dives) that frame our edge

  Support the development of longform technical pieces in an editorial role, refining content from engineering and product teams

  
  

Social & Community Engagement

• 
  

  Run multiple X (Twitter) accounts and other social platforms with daily ownership

  
  


• 
  

  Develop high-performance thread formats that drive awareness and positioning

  
  


• 
  

  Engage with community and ecosystem narratives in real-time, with context and clarity

  
  

Narrative Development & Messaging

• 
  

  Work directly with founders and wider marketing & product teams to help shape messaging pillars and narrative arcs

  Translate roadmap updates and launches into accessible, differentiated stories

  Help constantly refine our tone of voice, narrative, vision and messaging

  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  Partner with engineering, marketing, growth to surface stories from the ecosystem

  Create content playbooks for integrations, validator launches, and protocol updates

  Work with external contributors or agencies when scaling content needs

  
  

Analytics & Iteration

  Monitor performance of content and social campaigns across platforms

  Iterate on formats, topics, and cadence based on engagement data

  Help set and track KPIs around engagement, reach, and audience growth

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  2+ years in a content, social or comms role — ideally in crypto or developer-facing

  Strong understanding / familiarity with Solana, validators, MEV and/or protocol-level infrastructure

  Exceptional writing skills—you can explain complex ideas simply, and frame them sharply

  A thorough grasp of how to edit across a variety of topics, voices, and audiences
