Join a globally recognised tech-driven business at the forefront of innovation. We're seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to help shape the future of intelligent products and services through cutting-edge research and scalable machine learning solutions.

This is not your average ML role — we're looking for a deep subject-matter expert ready to take ownership of end-to-end ML product development, from ideation to deployment, across areas such as recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, and optimisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and drive a research and development strategy for machine intelligence across broad product areas.
• Translate complex business problems into ML/AI challenges with direct commercial impact.
• Build and productionise innovative ML models with a focus on scalability, latency, and maintainability.
• Lead end-to-end ML pipelines: from data discovery and model development to deployment (batch and streaming).
• Rapidly prototype high-impact ideas and scale them through collaboration with engineering teams.
• Coach teams to build reusable, platform-level ML solutions — not just one-off projects.
• Stay at the cutting edge by exploring and integrating the latest in ML/AI research.

About You:

• Advanced degree: PhD or Master’s in a relevant field (Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, etc.)
• Proven experience building end-to-end ML products in production environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one area of ML (e.g. recommender systems, NLP, computer vision).
• Strong software engineering skills – delivering clean, reusable, and scalable ML code.
• Comfortable mentoring others and communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data governance practices including data quality monitoring and data lineage.
