YOUR ROLE

• Support in the management and maintenance of OpenShift environments, ensuring high availability and smooth operation.
• Administer and monitor Linux systems to guarantee performance, security, and high availability.
• Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automate operational tasks using scripts and tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure as code practices.
• Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to resolve problems effectively.

YOUR PROFILE

• Practical knowledge of OpenShift (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting).
• Experience with Linux (server administration, basic and advanced commands).
• Familiarity with cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Compute Engine, IAM, Networking).
• Experience or strong interest in technical support and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a challenging technical environment.
