About The Job

• The Partners for Projects (P4P) BI Data Analyst main mission is to support the project teams in performing extensive data analysis projects and develop business cases, through data tools, automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Support the project teams in performing extensive data analysis projects by using BNP Portugal data tools, mainly Alteryx, Dataiku, Python and PowerBI
• Support in sourcing new Digital and AI use cases
• Understand how the different Digital and AI technologies integrate and End-2-End process
• Build the necessary Business Cases to support the use case validation and hand over to the Digital & AI providers
• Monitor and manage the implementation of the Digital & AI solutions with providers and evaluate the value created generated
• Advise and train P4P team members in topics regarding data, Digital and AI
• Develop network and intimacy with clients and stakeholders while promoting P4P to enhance our brand image
• Contribute to generate a positive, collaborative and motivating spirit within the team, and develop game-changing ideas
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Academic background in Management, Economics or any other relevant
• At least 3 years of experience in Transformation and Digital practices, Business Analysis and/or Business Intelligence, with a transversal knowledge of available digital technologies, from automation to AI
• Previous experience in project and change management tools and methodologies and in Digital and AI business case tools
• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools, such as Alteryx, Dataiku or equivalent and development using Python and PowerBI
• Experienced in Microsoft Office tools, notably MS PowerPoint & Excel
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Team spirit and a constructive and collaborative mindset, with curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems, and an ability to be impactful with excellent analytical skills

• P4P is an internal management consultancy team with a unique positioning within Global Banking métier, offering a credible alternative to external leading consulting firms
• This is an inclusive team composed of 26 persons based in Paris and Lisbon, regrouping more than 5 nationalities with a well-balanced gender ratio, being a melting pot of diversified and complementary profiles from banking and consulting backgrounds, allowing to drive innovative thinking
• The team manages a project portfolio with a global reach of impactful missions ranging from supporting Global Banking transformation (business growth, organisational re-design & operating model, operational excellence, ESG), to driving innovation (data, digital and GenAI)
• P4P covers the full project value chain from framing, diagnosis and delivery of pragmatic recommendations to designing effective implementation and enabling change, managing end-to-end projects (Front-to-Operations-to-IT-to Finance projects)
