✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 7+ years of experience in backend development with Java (version 8 or higher)
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Cloud, etc.)
• Proven experience in microservices architecture design and development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Solid knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools
• Integration with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)

• Previous experience in large international companies or global consultancies
• Certifications in AWS or Azure

👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define and implement microservices-based architectures aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Implement and maintain automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles and SOLID design.
• Analyze performance issues and propose optimizations across services and infrastructure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes
