Multiple Business Analysts – Cybersecurity & Cryptography

Locations: Remote-based candidates in Poland preferred, or Sheffield / Leeds (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months (extensions likely)

Status: Inside IR35 | Daily rate: Market / Negotiable/ B2B Contract

We’re looking for 5 experienced Business Analysts to join a major Cybersecurity uplift and stabilisation programme for a global Financial Services / Banking organisation.

Current openings:

• 3 x Business Analysts – HSM (Hardware Security Module) uplift & stabilisation
• 2 x Business Analysts – SSH Key Management

What you’ll be working on:

• Uplifting and stabilising HSM services, including requirements gathering for HSM as a Service, assessing current on-prem HSM services, data collation, and rolling out standardised remote monitoring and management.
• SSH Key Management – use case discovery, process design, developing new standards and processes, supporting procurement of new SSH Key Management tooling, and creating an accurate SSH inventory.
• Working as part of a global cyber defence engineering team that protects critical systems, customer data and banking services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering, translating and documenting complex business and technical requirements
• Mapping and improving processes
• Engaging a wide range of stakeholders and managing effective communication
• Supporting secure delivery using Agile and DevOps practices (Jenkins, Ansible)
• Ensuring solutions meet risk, compliance and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Cybersecurity or Cryptography programmes
• Strong background in Financial Services or Banking
• Practical knowledge of HSMs (e.g. Luna, PayShield, nShield) or SSH Key Management
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile and secure DevOps delivery
• Experience working in large, regulated, multi-national environments
