Full-Stack Developer

We are collaborating with an AI SaaS scale-up in Mechelen who are focusing on transforming the way businesses leverage artificial intelligence to drive growth and efficiency.

They are looking to expand their software team to support their ambitious fast-paced growth and delivering unique new projects to high-end clients.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing their web platform via the use of TypeScript, React and Node.js. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new features, improve performance, and ensure a seamless user experience.

The Role:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end of the web platform.
• Work with modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Implement scalable, high-performance APIs and services to support an AI-driven platform.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical strategy of the platform.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the application.
• Work in an agile development environment and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Next.js or a desire to learn it (a plus).
• Experience with API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required for communication with the team and stakeholders.
