Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader – Wireless & Network Solutions

Are you a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in wireless technologies, network architecture, and enterprise solutions? Join a global team delivering cutting-edge network transformation projects for high-profile customers.

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader to provide technical oversight, solution design, and expert-level troubleshooting on large-scale wireless and network infrastructures. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to guide delivery, ensure smooth transitions, and accelerate business outcomes for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead delivery engagements and offer high-level escalation support for complex network and wireless solutions
• Act as a thought leader, driving innovation and continuous improvement across delivery and engineering
• Design, install, upgrade, and optimize wireless infrastructures, including controller-based and cloud-managed systems
• Build and manage customer simulations, validate solutions, and resolve compatibility issues
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of training, scripts, documentation, and other digital assets
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to shape best practices and improve product supportability
• Engage in presales activities, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking and wireless delivery
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points, and RF design tools (e.g. Ekahau, AirMagnet)
• Wireless protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), SDN, RF design, and WLAN optimization
• Network protocols: TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, BGP, OSPF
• Deployment and support of automation platforms (e.g. Catalyst Center, DNAC or equivalent)
• Proven ability to lead troubleshooting, design validation, and complex migrations
• Strong documentation and communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
• Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise or CCIE Enterprise are highly advantageous
