We are looking for a "Business Intelligence Specialist" to work with our dynamic teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and report/dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services)
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data integration is a plus.
• Exposure to other Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document reporting and dashboard requirements from business stakeholders.
• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions, including architecture, integration pipelines, and Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for BI processes.
• Deliver user training to business units to foster a community of Power BI power users.
• Stay current with global trends in business intelligence and recommend innovative technologies for adoption.
