Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solution Development & Implementation:
• Develop, maintain, test, and debug complex software components.
• Design and implement effective technical solutions, keeping user experience in mind.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Write clear and concise technical documentation.
• Set and uphold exceptional quality standards, inspiring others to do the same.
• Use automation tools and scripts to automate the build and deployment processes
• Is able to chunk work into pieces while still retaining customer value
• Is able to autonomously create working pieces of software based on a User Story

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineer colleagues.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and mentor colleagues to address them.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Knowledge & Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience as a software engineer in a complex software landscape.
• Very strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for software development and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Expert utilization of Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create responsive, visually appealing, and interactive user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences across web applications.
• Expert utilization of Java, Groovy to create performant back-end applications
• Efficient web development by mastery of development tools like Webpack and Storybook.
• Proficient in crafting end-to-end and integration tests using Cypress.
• Expertly navigates Git, demonstrating mastery in branching, merging, and using advanced features to manage and document code evolution with precision and efficiency.
• Applies HTML/CSS principles for modular design.
• Skilled in creating and managing digital content within the AEM platform. This involves using the authoring interface to design, edit, and publish web content, ensuring a seamless and dynamic user experience.
