Project Overview

A comprehensive cybersecurity transformation is underway as part of the client's Security Investment Program (SIP), aimed at enhancing the overall security posture. The program involves the deployment of Netskope SSE across approximately 7,600 endpoints—including desktops, laptops, POS systems, and Zebra handheld devices—alongside other key technologies such as Qualys VM, CyberArk PAM, and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Cyber Security Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to provide Level 1 (L1) support and onsite troubleshooting during daily business-as-usual (BAU) operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Secure Service Edge (SSE) or CASB technologies—preferably Netskope SSE—and familiarity with tools like Qualys VM, CyberArk PAM, and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for users experiencing issues with Netskope SSE during BAU operations.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining SSE policies, alerts, and logs.
• Support endpoint coverage across multiple device types (desktops, laptops, POS systems, and handheld devices).
• Collaborate with the central security team to escalate and resolve incidents.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide basic support for Qualys VM scans, CyberArk PAM onboarding, and SIEM alert triage when required.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or IT support.
• Hands-on knowledge of SSE technologies; Netskope SSE experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with endpoint troubleshooting and enterprise-level user support.
• Exposure to Qualys VM, CyberArk PAM, or Microsoft Sentinel SIEM is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct user interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or CyberArk Trustee are advantageous.
• Experience in retail or distributed endpoint environments is a bonus.
