Role: Intermediate C# Developer

Job Type: Contract 6 months, potential conversion to perm.

Location: Toronto (2 days/week in office)

A leading organization in the foodservice and support services industry is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join their dynamic team. The company is known for its innovative approach to technology and commitment to delivering exceptional service to its clients.

Your New Role

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in onboarding new B2B customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Making configuration, code, and database changes

- Working extensively with stored procedures and SQL Server

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment

The role involves approximately 60% database work and 40% coding.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must-Have (4+ years):

- Proficiency in C# 7.0

- Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server 2019+

- Experience with GitHub or other version control systems

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to Have (3+ years):

- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (Framework 4.7)

- Familiarity with Web API, XML, React.js, and JavaScript

Nice to Have:

- Integration experience

- Exposure to AWS

- Relevant certifications
