Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
- Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and outreach programs
- Assist with onboarding documentation and HR compliance tasks
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
