UX/UI Designer

Title – UI/UX Designer

Duration – 6 + months (Possibility of extension)

Location – McLean, VA

Salary Range – $65 - $72/hr

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented designer to help maintain and evolve our large enterprise websites (.com) and internal intranet. Your main focus will be supporting a major brand refresh by aligning design systems with updated branding, while collaborating closely with product, development, and communications teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design, wireframing, content layout, and prototyping for enterprise-level sites
• Work hands-on with componentized design systems balancing visual appeal and UX
• Support UX research and information architecture efforts
• Collaborate with creative leadership and digital teams in an agile environment

Who You Are:

• Experienced with enterprise or large-scale digital products
• Proficient in Figma and modern UI principles (layout, typography, color)
• Skilled in articulating design decisions and solving complex challenges
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and sprint-based workflows

Bonus: Experience with Drupal or internal communication platforms like intranets
