Data Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support our client’s Global Customer Experience division. This role focuses on exploring business hypotheses using structured datasets, applying statistical analysis to uncover trends, and identifying meaningful correlations. The ideal candidate will be deeply comfortable working in Excel and SQL and will have strong experience in statistical methods to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Analyze structured datasets—primarily in Excel—to explore trends, test hypotheses, and validate assumptions brought by stakeholders.
• Apply statistical techniques such as correlation analysis, regression, significance testing, and descriptive statistics to support findings.
• Use SQL to query and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights that inform customer experience and business performance.
• Deliver clear, concise written analysis that can be handed off to a communications lead for presentation development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business questions and provide evidence-based insights.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience as a data analyst with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and applied statistics.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, statistical functions, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Ability to apply statistical methods such as correlation, regression, trend analysis, and hypothesis testing in a business context.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect statistical findings to real-world business challenges.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment with business stakeholders.
  
  

Compensation range for position is $97,359 – 125,994 DOE.
