Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, USA (Onsite Day 1)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with a strong background in enterprise networking and Cisco technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of both wired and wireless networking. This role requires hands on experience with cabling, VLAN configuration, and wireless surveys. The Network Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in Cisco switching protocols, including implementation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of physical layer networking, including cabling and port management.
• Experience with VLAN configuration and management.
• Excellent IP/MPLS Troubleshooting skills with a focus on network issues.
• Hands on experience with WIFI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
