SR. PROCESS ENGINEER (GTL OPERATIONS)

Primary Purpose Of The Job

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and benchmark the operational performance of PSA and JV Operators of GTL assets to identify deficiencies. Influence operators to implement action plans that improve and optimize asset performance in terms of product yields, energy efficiency, cost optimization, and facility integrity, reliability, and availability.
  • Governance and Oversight: Support the Asset Manager in day-to-day governance and oversight to make informed decisions. Drive asset management strategy by analyzing relevant data and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience And Skills

  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas or downstream industries, with at least 7 years in GTL plant operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in process engineering elements such as concept selection, process safety, process design and integration, and operations support.
  • Engineering Standards: Ability to effectively apply engineering standards and codes related to Process Engineering.

Educational Qualifications

B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (Higher academic qualifications are preferred).
