We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Building Manager to oversee and manage building construction activities on-site. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of building works in line with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for building projects.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely progress in line with approved plans.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Oversee material and resource planning for the building scope.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with local construction standards and health & safety practices.
  
  

Preferred:

• GCC experience highly valued.
• UPDA/QCDD certification (if in Qatar) is a plus.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice.
