Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Initiative Owner/Squad Scrum Master to join our Agile organization.
• In this dual role, you will lead a Digital Working tribe, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that enhance our digital workspace and improve user collaboration.

As the Initiative Owner, you will:

• Oversee a portfolio of related projects aimed at achieving specific business goals.
• Drive program success through decisive leadership, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and projects.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives while balancing the diverse interests of all involved parties.

As the Squad Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:

• Fostering a productive environment where the team can thrive and continuously improve.
• Coaching team members in self-organization and reinforcing Agile methodologies.
• Facilitating daily stand-up meetings and proactively addressing dependencies and obstacles that arise.
• The mission is to deliver high-quality digital working devices and services, prioritize user satisfaction, and provide effective technical and functional support for an optimal digital working experience.

In your role as Program Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define program objectives and success criteria.
• Accelerate progress across projects, monitoring performance and supporting project managers and product owners with program insights.
• Identify and manage inter-project dependencies while mitigating risks and addressing issues as they arise.
• Track project milestones and provide assistance at the project level when necessary.
• Estimate program costs and ensure effective budget management.
• Report regularly to management and stakeholders on program status.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to compliance, control, and operational risk.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project managers and product owners facing challenges.
• As the Scrum Master for your squad, you will work collaboratively with the Product Owner to enhance team productivity, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your ultimate goal will be to boost squad maturity and successfully achieve project objectives within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects or programs.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with various IT systems and strong organizational insight.
• Strategic thinker with a holistic view of projects and goals.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, exhibiting a customer-focused and diplomatic approach.
• Proactive with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Adept at motivating teams and driving results through structured, goal-oriented methods.
